Enjoying our favourite Classic Fries

Recipes and Reviews

I’ve always had a thing for a good plate of French fries, and now, as I get older, I’ve come to appreciate the endless ways people have reinvented this classic snack. Here are a few of my favorite recipes.

This first one is as traditional as it gets—just like my grandmother would have made. The ingredients aren’t fancy, but it’s all about the care and attention that make them something special.

  1. Garden grown russet potatoes
  2. Garlics
  3. Refined Peanut oil
  4. Bacon
  5. Parmesan
